Annette, what a great video and beautiful work! I am not sure if, in your first post, you were saying you are a teacher in LA meaning LAUSD or if you meant something else. I was assuming LAUSD, correct me if I'm wrong. I was a teacher in LAUSD. I left what is now one year ago. Even if you were not LAUSD, I was pretending you were and was counting what I knew were the last days so that I could see what kind of work you would do when you were off. What a great start! I left teaching because I, too, have always wanted to be an artist. It's a long life story, but suffice it to say that I am now working on it. Anyway, congratulations on a great summer start!
I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. I'm new to the blogging thing.
When I said "LA" I meant "language arts." I really taught English, but I come from an elementary teaching experience and so I think "language arts" all the time. Sorry for the confusion.
I am off and I am going to post more art this week.
